
Soul Yoga
In this slow-paced and meditative Restorative Yoga class, we explore the passive release of the body whilst receiving deep rest and rejuvenation from this floor-based practice. An ideal session to relieve tension and stress. Let this practice work deep into your connective tissues, to increase flexibility and allowing deep and sustained release of muscular and emotional tension. Gentle breath work powerfully promotes down regulation of your entire nervous system and creates balance to the fast-paced, stressful aspects of modern life with a more introspective approach to health and well-being.
